Brand Lead at USMobile

US Mobile is transforming the world of connectivity by building a modern software platform for the age of 5G and IoT. As America's first Super Carrier, we allow customers to switch seamlessly between all three major mobile networks to ensure they always have the best coverage. We are currently in a phase of hyper growth, generating over 200 million dollars in annual recurring revenue, and we are looking for a Brand Lead to help us define our identity as we move into the mainstream.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our external agency partners to refine and elevate our new brand identity and strategy.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal brand guidelines to ensure a unified creative direction across the company.
• Lead, mentor, and grow our internal brand team, including other brand individual contributors and copywriters.
• Design and produce high-quality brand assets for landing pages, digital and physical advertisements, email campaigns, video content, and app experiences.
• Oversee the creative output for various touchpoints, including commercials and out-of-home advertising.
• Ensure consistent application of our brand voice and visual style across all marketing and growth initiatives.

Must-haves

• Proven experience working on consumer-facing technology products.
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and texture.
• Ability to lead a creative team and enforce brand standards effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work on-site in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing growth campaigns and providing strategic advice on marketing spend to maximize return on investment.
• Prior experience directing commercials or large-scale video productions.
