We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At UpKeep, we are transforming the world of asset operations management through our mobile-first SaaS platform and IoT technology. Since our start in 2014, we have grown to support over 3,000 customers, including major global brands like Unilever, McDonald's, and Yamaha. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our visual brand strategy by refining our guidelines and creating high-quality assets, including illustrations and color systems that reflect our core identity.
- Lead creative projects from the initial concept phase through to final execution, ensuring that all marketing, web, and product collateral meets our high standards for design excellence.
- Partner closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to integrate our brand identity seamlessly across digital products, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in brand design, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a senior or leadership role.
- Expert-level proficiency using industry-standard design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A deep understanding of fundamental design principles, specifically typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders while managing multiple project deadlines.
- This position is open to candidates based in LatAm.
