The role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital position for someone who wants to shape our visual identity and elevate our brand presence. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your creative output directly influences our marketing success and overall company culture.
Core responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Hightouch brand identity to ensure it remains impactful and relevant in a competitive market.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, visually compelling narratives and assets that resonate with our audience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product design, to ensure our brand story remains cohesive across every platform and touchpoint.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in design principles and a collaborative spirit. We value your ability to communicate creative decisions effectively and your curiosity about the technical products we build.
- At least 4 years of experience as a visual or brand designer, ideally within an in-house team or a creative studio.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A refined eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to kindness and humility when working with teammates.
- Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our global team.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 USD. Because we are a remote-first company, this compensation is available regardless of your physical location.
