We serve industry leaders like Canva, Intercom, and Reddit, helping them save time and focus on what matters. As we expand our reach from cybersecurity into IT, engineering, and product teams, we are looking for creative people who value simplicity, speed, and sound work to join our mission.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position for someone who is passionate about high-quality design and wants to make a real impact. You will work in a hybrid capacity, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Dublin city centre office, provided you are based in Ireland.
What will you do?
- You will create a wide range of design assets, including marketing materials, social media content, web pages, and print projects, while ensuring every output aligns with our brand standards.
- You will manage the end-to-end production process, from initial research and brainstorming to preparing final, production-ready files.
- You will collaborate closely with the wider design team, including product designers, and engage with external vendors to ensure our creative work is consistent and effective.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about design and eager to grow their skills. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience working within a brand design team.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design, typography, and brand development.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
