We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our team at Tools for Humanity on a full-time, on-site basis. Our organization powers World, a network of real humans anchored by privacy-preserving, proof-of-personhood technology and a globally inclusive financial system. We are an ambitious, fast-growing project dedicated to connecting and empowering people through digital assets. In this role, you will help define and evolve our visual identity while creating impactful marketing and educational materials that resonate with a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with our brand strategy and the vision of our Head of Brand Design.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams like operations, communications, and legal to translate strategic needs into accessible, high-quality materials.
- Produce a diverse range of print and digital assets, including high-fidelity mockups and illustrations, while ensuring consistent brand execution across all global markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in brand design across both print and digital mediums.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a keen eye for composition and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for broad, diverse audiences.
- A solid understanding of press and printing processes to ensure high-quality output.
What we offer
