Greenlight is the leading family fintech company dedicated to helping parents raise financially smart kids. We currently serve more than 6 million parents and children through our award-winning banking app, which allows families to manage chores, automate allowances, and invest for the future. We are looking for a creative Brand Designer to join our remote team and help us shape the visual identity of a platform that empowers the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging visual assets across our brand and product ecosystem to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage a variety of creative projects, including marketing campaigns, website landing pages, social media content, and presentation decks.
- Use motion design to enhance storytelling and capture viewer attention.
- Maintain brand consistency while identifying new opportunities for visual expression.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, and product managers, to ensure all designs meet business goals.
Must-haves
- 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, either in-house or at a creative agency.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, layout, color, and brand systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of current design trends.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AfterEffects for motion work.
- Ability to design for print and prepare press-ready mechanical files.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000, depending on your location and experience.
