Picture a small but fast-moving team in downtown Austin, working side-by-side in a bright office where every day brings another chance to shape how the world’s best hospitality brands connect with their guests. We’re Way, the company behind the technology that lets hotels and resorts turn ordinary stays into once-in-a-lifetime moments-hot-air-balloon flights over Mexico City, truffle hunts in the French countryside, and countless other memories that guests happily pay for. Backed by Tiger Global and MSD Capital at a $100 million valuation, we’re growing triple digits year over year and inviting a senior brand designer to help tell that story at every touchpoint.
The opportunity
As our Brand Designer you will own the visual language that makes Way instantly recognizable, from the pixels on our website to the printed materials at a partner hotel’s front desk. Your work will sit at the center of marketing, product, and sales, ensuring every asset reinforces the idea that experiences matter more than things. In short, you’ll turn our mission into memorable design that moves the business forward.
A day in the life
- Creating campaign visuals, social assets, event collateral, and web pages that bring the Way story to life across digital and physical channels.
- Keeping our newly refreshed brand identity consistent and polished, from pitch decks and customer-success one-sheets to the smallest icon in our product UI.
- Partnering with marketing and product teammates to spot fresh storytelling opportunities, then managing projects from brief through final delivery-sometimes with outside vendors, sometimes on your own.
Who you are
You bring at least four years of brand-design experience, ideally inside a fast-moving SaaS company, and you hold a bachelor’s degree in design, visual communications, or the equivalent hands-on background. You move fluidly between Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Webflow, and you’re comfortable exploring motion graphics, 3D, or AI-assisted tools when the story calls for it. Front-end development chops are a plus. You communicate ideas clearly, present work persuasively, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves in a collaborative, high-energy room. English fluency is essential, and you’re excited to be on-site with the team in Austin, Texas.
Why you'll love it here
We offer 100 % company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and meaningful equity so your effort translates directly into ownership. You’ll work in our downtown Austin space alongside colleagues who care deeply about the product and the people we serve. If you thrive on ambitious goals, value in-person collaboration, and want your portfolio to shape how travelers experience the world, we’d love to meet you.
