We are looking for a Brand Designer to join our creative team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate with our editorial, marketing, product, and commerce teams to design marketing emails, campaign assets, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
• You will maintain and evolve our brand identity across all channels, ensuring that our visual voice remains consistent, fresh, and modern.
• You will design and refine essential business collateral, including newsletter templates and sales decks, while using performance insights to iterate on your work for maximum impact.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a mid-level designer who is ready to jump into a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should have a sophisticated aesthetic and a strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition. Specifically, you will bring:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in digital design.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a specific focus on email design and layout.
• A proven ability to express a cohesive brand identity across various digital campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• A self-starting attitude with a desire to learn new tools and adapt to evolving trends.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
