Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Brand Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. You will be a key member of our Brand Creative team, working across marketing and product initiatives to influence our visual identity and voice.
Your impact
- Translate Airtable’s value for enterprise customers through high-quality communication materials.
- Build and maintain scalable, templated collateral systems to ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with our marketing, product, and sales teams to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting working with B2B or consumer brands.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to support marketing efforts like web design, product launches, campaigns, and events.
- A talent for simplifying complex data and concepts into clear, visual stories.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a willingness to engage in constructive design critiques.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying proactive and thoughtful.
- Bonus points if you have experience with animation.
- Proficiency in English.
Perks and compensation
For candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is $123,000 to $161,000 USD. Please note that actual compensation is determined by your specific work location, skills, and experience.
