Internship Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative design intern to join our Design team in NYC. This position is focused on enhancing our growth marketing efforts through compelling storytelling, brand design and innovative content creation. You'll participate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where collaboration and innovation are valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Projects: Engage in significant group projects with other interns, demonstrating teamwork, creativity, and a focus on innovative growth marketing strategies.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals and narratives in marketing materials to enhance brand messaging through growth-driven approaches.
• User Acquisition: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies that are specifically designed to drive user engagement and expand our audience across various channels.
• Content Creation and Brand Design Optimization: Produce and optimize content for various platforms, including visuals for social media, emails, and website design. Ensure consistency in brand design and messaging across all digital media to enhance the brand's aesthetic and marketing goals.
• Presentation Skills: Conclude your internship by delivering a 10-20 minute presentation to the team about your projects, focusing on the impact of your growth marketing strategies and what you have learned.

• Skilled Communicator: Excellent at communicating ideas and skilled in visual storytelling, with the ability to convey complex growth strategies through compelling visuals and narratives.
• Multitasker: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality growth marketing campaigns.
• Technologically Proficient: Experienced with design and presentation tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Google Slides. Proficiency in After Effects is a significant plus, enabling advanced visual effects and animations.
• Passionate about Innovation: Has a strong passion for design, technology, and creating engaging user experiences tailored to growth marketing.
• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field, with a keen interest in applying these skills to growth marketing initiatives.

Compensation range
