What is this role?
We are looking for a Brand Creative Specialist to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in Italy, offering a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with our Brand Strategist to ensure our brand remains recognizable and impactful, balancing both visual and verbal communication.
What will you do?
- Create visual assets and illustrations using Figma to support our marketing initiatives, while occasionally collaborating with our sales, partnerships, and engineering teams.
- Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and adds a creative touch to our content strategy.
- Manage our social media presence by contributing to the editorial plan and producing content that resonates with our audience.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a versatile professional with about two years of experience in visual design and copywriting. You possess a sharp eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. We value candidates who are comfortable working in both English and Italian. You should be a creative problem solver who enjoys experimenting with different tools and is comfortable transitioning between design tasks and writing projects. If you have experience with video editing, that is a plus.
