What you'll be doing
- You will manage daily inbound media requests, including image and sample inquiries, while drafting compelling pitches to secure coverage across print, broadcast, and digital outlets.
- You will track media performance and maintain our internal database, using tools like Excel and Airtable to analyze data metrics and generate reports that measure our success against key company goals.
- You will provide essential administrative and logistical support, which includes coordinating event planning, managing creative asset workflows, and overseeing the distribution of product samples to VIPs and partners.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in marketing or communications, ideally backed by 1 to 2 years of experience in an agency or e-commerce setting. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your background should include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Airtable, with a keen interest in social media trends and analytics tools like Dash.
- A passion for art, design, and lifestyle trends, paired with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to work collaboratively across various cross-functional teams.
What you'll get
