At Supergoop!, we have been dedicated to transforming the global perception of sunscreen since 2005. Our mission is to create innovative, feel-good SPF products that people genuinely enjoy wearing every single day to protect their skin health. We are currently seeking a Brand and Retail Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our global vision and our retail partners, bringing new product launches and marketing campaigns to life through visual merchandising, influencer collaborations, and strategic digital initiatives.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that align regional initiatives with our global brand goals.
- Manage marketing, merchandising, and PR budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Lead the development of product launch plans, ensuring they maximize return on investment while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Identify and capitalize on regional brand opportunities through specialized retail activations and unique partnerships.
- Oversee the execution of visual merchandising rollouts and store openings.
- Direct influencer partnerships and manage local PR agency relationships to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing performance through data-driven insights and track key performance indicators to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal creative and education teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and 2 to 3 years of professional experience in brand or retail marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Direct experience working with beauty retailers such as Sephora.
- Fluency in English and strong proficiency in French.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a talent for building interpersonal relationships.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees, which includes:
