About the Role
We are seeking a Brand and Communications Leader to serve as our primary storyteller and voice. This is a part-time executive position that requires at least 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role within three to six months. You will work directly with our co-founders to shape our narrative and build a movement around our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our company narrative to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Oversee our brand voice and tone across all digital channels, including our website, social media, and community portals.
- Manage all internal and external communications, including press relations, product launches, and company announcements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- At least 10 years of experience in brand and communication strategy.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
- At least 3 years of agency experience.
- Proven ability to lead crisis communications and serve as a company spokesperson.
- Strong preference for candidates with a background in health tech and an understanding of clinician-to-patient communication.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a desire to execute tasks directly rather than delegating.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
