Brand Ambassador at Terrascend

We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of brand pop-up events at various cannabis retail locations within your assigned territory.
• Act as a professional representative of our house brands at community, industry, and retail activations to foster strong relationships with dispensary contacts and customers.
• Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to wholesale accounts and consumers, while ensuring all event reporting is completed accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of customer service expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for the cannabis space. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, retail, or a customer service-focused role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting event equipment, such as a large tent and a 6ft table.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods, combined with a willingness to travel 80-90% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with an upbeat, professional demeanor.
