The role

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is proactive and eager to drive growth within our designated markets. You will be instrumental in executing our marketing strategies through hands-on engagement and retail support. Please note that this is a temporary contract role with the potential for extension based on your performance and our evolving business needs.

Core responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations, educational training sessions for Budtenders, and event activations to increase brand awareness.
• Manage retail merchandising and ensure all promotional materials are prepared and ready for store visits.
• Collect and analyze post-event data, including stock levels and consumer insights, to help us refine our marketing tactics.

Skills and experience

• You have 1 to 2 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within the cannabis industry.
• You possess a deep passion for cannabis and a strong grasp of the retail landscape in California.
• Your communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build lasting relationships with our trade partners.
• You are capable of analyzing market trends to recommend effective new strategies.
• You are at least 21 years of age and comfortable working a non-traditional schedule, which includes mandatory weekend and evening shifts.
• You are fluent in English.

Compensation and benefits
