The role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Ambassador to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid position is designed for an experienced professional who is passionate about the beverage industry and ready to champion our premium wine and spirits portfolio. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our strategic trade initiatives and the actual execution within key accounts across the United States.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our Key Account Management team to develop, execute, and recap marketing programs that align with our strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise accounts to increase brand volume and achieve specific supplier goals.
- Act as an internal leader and educator, providing training on premium products to our sales teams, trade partners, and consumers while ensuring consistent brand representation.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic marketing insight and hands-on sales experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience within the premium wine and spirits industry or a related beverage sector.
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Proven ability in account management, marketing execution, and sales.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A deep understanding of the competitive landscape for international premium wines and spirits.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
