At Eneba we are building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace that already serves more than 10 million active users, and our Marketing Team is looking for a strategic leader to expand our reach through a high-growth affiliate blog.
What you bring
We are hiring a Senior Blog Project Manager on a Full Time basis to own the vision, monetization, and day-to-day performance of our affiliate content platform. You will work Remote from anywhere and guide the combined efforts of our Editorial, SEO, and Affiliate teams while focusing on the following responsibilities:
- Develop short- and long-term strategies that turn the blog into a profitable growth engine, setting ambitious KPIs around revenue, conversions, and new affiliate partnerships.
- Take full P&L ownership by forecasting costs, tracking revenues, and ensuring the blog remains both scalable and highly profitable.
- Lead conversion-rate optimization and iterative A/B testing, then translate insights from Google Analytics and Mixpanel into clear action plans that lift performance.
The role is open to candidates located Anywhere.
Requirements
To succeed you will need at least five years of hands-on experience building and scaling monetized, affiliate-driven content projects that have delivered rapid, measurable growth. You should be comfortable taking complete ownership of P&L management, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and reporting results to senior leadership. A deep understanding of editorial workflows, SEO, and affiliate monetization is essential, as is proven skill in running structured A/B tests and interpreting data from tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel. Strong project-management abilities, clear communication, and the agility to adjust strategy quickly when markets or competitors shift will set you apart. The working language of the team is English.
