We are looking for a Bilingual Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Humi. As the leading Canadian employment platform, we help businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and performance, and we are now part of the global Employment Hero family to continue our mission of making employment easier for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and distribute content across various channels, including blogs, webpages, emails, and ebooks, in both English and French.
- Manage social media initiatives, from developing strategy and scheduling posts to engaging with our community.
- Coordinate webinar logistics, including registration pages, email reminders, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with our product marketing, sales, and benefits teams to support product launches and company updates.
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison for French-language content and stay informed on industry trends and Quebec-specific advertising regulations.
- Support public relations initiatives and ensure all content remains consistent with our brand voice.
Must-haves
- Full professional fluency in both English and French, both written and verbal.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, specifically within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong research skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- If you are based in Toronto, you must be able to travel to our downtown office or local events to capture content.
