The opportunity
We are looking for a Bid Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time basis in the United Kingdom. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to master the end-to-end bid process. You will act as the glue that holds our proposals together, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure that every document we submit is accurate, persuasive, and perfectly aligned with our brand. You will play a key part in driving our growth by managing the flow of information and ensuring our team remains organized even when deadlines are tight.
A day in the life
- You will coordinate inputs from our sales, commercial, legal, and delivery teams to ensure every proposal reflects our collective expertise.
- You will take charge of proposal timelines and schedules, ensuring that every document is polished, proofread, and submitted right on time.
- You will maintain our central repository of bid materials, ensuring that version control is handled with meticulous attention to detail.
