Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior BI Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in San Francisco, California, where you will take ownership of our internal analytics architecture. You will be a foundational member of our data team, working directly with leadership to transform raw information into actionable insights that drive our business forward.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our data warehouse, scaling it to support our rapidly expanding product and go-to-market ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines using dbt to seamlessly integrate data from various third-party platforms and internal applications.
- Design clean, scalable data models that serve as the single source of truth for our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance departments.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an Analytics, BI, or Data Engineer within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and a deep understanding of modern data modeling practices.
- Hands-on experience with dbt, modern data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery, and orchestration tools such as Airflow or Prefect.
- Expertise in BI visualization tools like Looker.
- A strong business mindset, allowing you to balance technical precision with the speed required to make a real impact.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to working on-site at our headquarters in San Francisco.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Beyond the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, equity, and bonus opportunities, with specific details determined by your individual experience and skill set.
