We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on BDR Manager to join our team and drive our growth strategy. In this role, you will report to the Director of Demand Generation and oversee a dedicated team of Business Development Representatives. Your primary focus will be to guide and enable your team to identify new business opportunities and build meaningful relationships with prospective clients. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative, global team that values curiosity and creative problem-solving, and we are looking for a leader who is eager to mentor others while taking ownership of their own projects.
Key outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to support the professional growth of your team members.
- Partner with our Marketing and Sales departments to ensure our strategies are cohesive and effective.
- Master our product messaging to help the team craft engaging and persuasive communications for prospects.
- Maintain transparency by providing regular updates on performance metrics, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Refine our lead processing procedures and create strategic resources to optimize team workflows.
- Monitor and document the individual achievements of your contributors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales or business development with a proven history of hitting goals.
- Prior experience in a management capacity, ideally leading a BDR or sales team.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building interpersonal relationships.
- The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
