The role
We are seeking a Senior Banking & Wealth Product Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who wants to serve as the primary authority on industry trends within the banking and wealth management sectors. You will bridge the gap between market needs and our product roadmap, ensuring we deliver meaningful solutions that solve real problems for our customers.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated business owner by monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, including annual contract value, annual recurring revenue, and overall product adoption.
- Drive customer acquisition and growth by developing personalized campaigns and identifying strategies to overcome sales barriers in collaboration with our demand generation and sales teams.
- Lead market research initiatives and synthesize those findings into actionable product recommendations that directly influence our development roadmap.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or related marketing functions.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience within the banking or wealth management industries.
- A strong grasp of B2B economics, including metrics like LTV, CAC, and MQL to SQL conversion rates.
- High analytical proficiency, with the ability to evaluate ROI, manage dashboards, and interpret complex data sets.
- A strategic mindset that balances creative thinking with a bias for action, especially when navigating ambiguous or fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in product management, consulting, or driving partner-led revenue is considered a plus.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in supporting our team members through flexible work arrangements. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere.
