We are looking for a Senior Banking & Wealth Product Marketing Lead to join our team and help us advance our mission of unlocking financial freedom for everyone. Plaid powers the essential tools that millions of people use to manage their financial lives, connecting thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, and Betterment to a vast network of 12,000 financial institutions across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business owner by reporting on key metrics such as ACV, ARR, and overall product adoption.
- Drive customer acquisition by partnering with our sales and demand generation teams to execute personalized cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Conduct and synthesize market research to provide actionable product recommendations that influence our roadmap.
- Design and launch experiments aimed at improving engagement, conversion, retention, and NPS to validate product market fit.
- Work cross-functionally with design, account management, and content teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or related marketing functions.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience within the banking or wealth management sectors.
- Strong grasp of B2B economics, including LTV, CAC, payback periods, and MQL to SQL conversion funnels.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ROI, manage dashboards, and scope data requirements for technical teams.
- Strategic thinker who balances a creative approach with a bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English.

- Background in product management, consulting, or an MBA.
- Proven experience in driving revenue through and with strategic partners.
