The opportunity
We are looking for a Banking & Wealth Product Marketing Lead to join us in a remote capacity. In this senior role, you will act as the primary authority on industry trends within the US banking and wealth management sectors. You will bridge the gap between market insights and product development, helping our teams transform raw ideas into mature, high-impact offerings. You will be a strategic partner to our sales, growth, and business development teams, ensuring that our positioning and go-to-market strategies consistently generate high-quality sales pipelines.
A day in the life
- You will take ownership of our business performance, regularly reporting on key metrics like ACV, ARR, and product adoption to guide our strategic direction.
- You will design and launch targeted experiments to improve engagement, conversion, and retention, using these tests to identify and confirm true product-market fit.
- You will partner closely with our demand generation and sales teams to create personalized campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition and drive successful cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in product marketing or related fields, including 3 to 5 years specifically within the banking or wealth management industries. You possess a deep understanding of B2B economics, including metrics like LTV, CAC, and the conversion funnel from MQL to SQL. You are highly analytical, comfortable diving into data to evaluate ROI, and you have a proven ability to think strategically while navigating the ambiguity of a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, experience in product management, consulting, or driving partner revenue is a significant plus.
