About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Security group, focusing on the development of advanced security-oriented integrations and applications. You will take full ownership of features from conception to deployment, helping us build next-generation SaaS products that provide precise value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logical, scalable solutions to address complex challenges for our global enterprise clients.
- Write high-quality, maintainable code supported by comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Influence our technical direction by driving key architectural decisions and providing constructive code reviews for your peers.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a can-do attitude and a strong background in software engineering. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development, specifically using Java and Node.js.
- Deep technical knowledge of REST APIs, database management, message queues, and scalable computing.
- Proven experience working with microservices, ideally within Kubernetes environments.
- A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
