Backend Engineer II / L3 Support – Python & Generative AI at VISASQ/COLEMAN

We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer II to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. VISASQ/COLEMAN serves as a vital bridge between businesses and hard-to-find expertise, leveraging a global network of subject matter experts. As a partnership between VisasQ Inc. and Coleman Research, we provide essential primary research insights to consulting firms, asset management funds, and corporations. By joining our development team, you will help us build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven platform, directly influencing our ability to eliminate barriers to knowledge on a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Python-based components, focusing on the integration of advanced LLMs and predictive machine learning models.
• Manage the deployment of AI models into production environments by utilizing MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and rigorous model monitoring.
• Provide expert L3-level support for our production platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure and integrated with Google Cloud, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Three to five years of professional experience in a Python backend or machine learning engineering role.
• Proven technical proficiency with Azure Cloud services and a solid understanding of Generative AI applications.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, combined with the legal authorization to work in the United States.
