What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Backend Development Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on technical role for someone with 8 to 12 years of experience who wants to stay deeply involved in coding. We are currently operating in a hybrid work environment, and you should be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore. Please note that this position requires some flexibility to overlap with US working hours when necessary.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end development process for our platform and features, managing everything from initial requirements through to final release.
- Write high-quality, production-grade code that is reliable and free of bugs.
- Build modular applications designed to support multiple servers and clients while focusing on high accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Strong analytical, design, and coding abilities.
- A genuine passion for programming and a preference for individual contributor work over managerial or techno-managerial responsibilities.
- A willingness to work with our Node and JavaScript backend stack.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience with system integrations.
