We're building the next generation of design-to-code tools at Anima, and we're looking for a senior backend engineer who thrives on turning ambitious AI ideas into production-ready systems that developers and designers actually rely on every day.

Your impact
- Partner with engineers and designers to turn product requirements into clear technical specs and scalable architecture that supports our AI-driven features.
- Design and maintain the backend services, APIs, and data layers that power real-time code generation and machine-learning workflows for our users.
- Continuously evaluate new AI techniques and cloud tooling, then integrate the best options so our platform stays fast, reliable, and ahead of the curve.
What you'll need
Five or more years building and scaling full-stack or backend systems, with deep experience in Python and JavaScript. You should be comfortable with Django, Flask, or Node.js, know your way around both SQL and NoSQL stores, and have worked with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and genuine excitement about applying AI to practical problems will help you thrive here.
