About the Role

We are looking for a B2C Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this mid-level position, you will be instrumental in driving user adoption and deepening engagement across our consumer base. You will serve as a vital link between our internal departments and our partners, using your strategic marketing skills to craft campaigns that resonate with our users and support our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage co-marketing initiatives with our partners to boost the adoption of our financial products.
• Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that focus on increasing long-term user engagement and brand loyalty.
• Produce high-quality content across various channels, such as email and social media, while collaborating with design teams to build effective marketing assets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, including a minimum of 1 year in a client-facing or co-marketing role within the tech or financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing capabilities for consumer-facing materials and proficiency in using Figma for design collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn those insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across the organization.
