What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level B2C Associate for our Marketing Operations team to join us on a full-time basis at our location in the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving user enrollment and adoption by managing the operational processes and technical execution of our marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our B2C and Client Success teams to ensure our marketing technology stack is optimized for success.

• Coordinate and execute complex email, push, and SMS journeys using platforms like Iterable and Twilio.
• Maintain and improve our marketing technology infrastructure through thorough documentation and process refinement.
• Analyze campaign performance using Amplitude and Tableau to provide actionable insights for future optimization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a blend of technical expertise and a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience who is comfortable navigating marketing technology tools and email marketing best practices. You should have a strong background in campaign execution and reporting, along with a proactive approach to process improvement. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be collaborating across various internal teams to ensure our marketing efforts are seamless and effective.

What we offer
