We are on a mission to become the most imaginative sweet indulgence brand in the world, fueled by our dedicated community of fans who crave our warm treats at all hours. We are currently searching for passionate students to join our Summer 2024 Internship program at our headquarters in Philadelphia, where we continue to revolutionize the cookie industry by imagining what is possible.
The opportunity
We are looking for a B2B Sales Marketing Intern to join our team for a 10-week, part-time program. This role is designed to help you apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects while supporting our B2B Sales department in reaching its goals. You will work on-site at our Philly headquarters for 20 to 30 hours per week, gaining hands-on experience in how sales and marketing initiatives impact our brand. This is a paid opportunity at a rate of 15.00 USD per hour.
A day in the life
- You will manage and follow up on inbound leads while actively seeking out new business opportunities to help us grow.
- You will generate and qualify potential leads through strategic marketing campaigns and networking efforts.
- You will assist our team with event planning and party coordination to keep our community engagement high.
Who you are
You are a student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Marketing or a related field. You possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the confidence to engage in public speaking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration software like Slack and Teams.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive within a diverse team.
- Availability to work in our office for up to 3 days per week.
While not required, being a true cookie connoisseur is definitely considered a plus.
