We are searching for a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing strategy for our two group companies, ntdsfotware.com and trumanrh.com.mx. You will drive our brand recognition, manage inbound lead generation, and oversee our public relations efforts from our base in Mexico.

Responsibilities

Maintain our company website to ensure it operates at peak performance.
Design and execute high-impact campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while optimizing our SEO and SEM presence.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Oversee lead generation initiatives to maximize conversion rates and overall return on investment.
Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Refine our digital sales channels to boost brand visibility.
Direct our social media presence to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand strategy.
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Work closely with internal teams to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.

Must-haves

Extensive experience managing digital marketing campaigns within a B2B environment.
Advanced technical proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for visual content creation.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to present metrics clearly to support decision-making.
A background working in marketing agencies or similar professional settings.
Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment while maintaining excellent communication.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and effective teamwork.
