We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at Tridge. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs.
- Manage content creation across channels, including blogs, case studies, and social media.
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies while managing PPC campaigns to boost our online presence.
- Plan and execute events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest marketing technologies and trends to drive innovation within our team.
Must-haves
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM practices, and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills and a creative, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and specialized marketing software like Adobe Creative Suite or automation tools.
- Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English.

- Fluency in additional languages.

We offer a full-time position based at our office in Seocho-gu, Seoul. Please note that this role includes a 3-month probationary period.
