B2B Marketing Manager at Fellow

We are Fellow, and we are looking for a creative, driven marketer to build our B2B marketing program from the ground up. While our iconic product designs and growing consumer brand have already captured attention, our sales teams are currently driving massive global growth without dedicated marketing support. Role at a glance

This is a Senior level, Full Time position based on-site in the United States. You will act as a strategic partner to our sales leadership, helping to define our B2B presence and creating the systems necessary to scale our impact across multiple markets.

Your impact

• Build and manage the B2B marketing funnel across our Specialty, Corporate, Key, Strategic, and International segments.
• Partner with sales leadership to define and track marketing KPIs that directly support our business objectives.
• Own the strategy and execution for lead capture and nurturing by managing our marketing technology stack and operations.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong proficiency with the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and lead capture tools.
• A proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and delivering results under tight deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining partner relationships ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
• The ability to perform deep marketing analysis and communicate insights clearly to key stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
