Eventbrite operates a premier global events marketplace that empowers entrepreneurs to host ticketed live experiences while helping attendees discover unique local events. We are looking for a strategic B2B Marketing Manager Lead to join our Product Marketing team and spearhead our sales enablement efforts, ensuring our sales organization has the tools and insights needed to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to boost team productivity.
- Create and manage high-impact sales content, playbooks, and training resources.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to keep sales professionals updated on product messaging and competitive insights.
- Design and lead onboarding programs to help new sales hires ramp up quickly.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems and enablement technologies to streamline workflows.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of enablement initiatives on overall sales performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, identifying opportunities for innovation and solving complex business challenges.
Must-haves
- 10 to 12 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or sales training with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present to senior leadership.
- A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across a cross-functional organization.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $142,000 to $255,000 USD.
