At Proton, we are on a mission to build a better internet where privacy is the default setting. Founded in 2014 by scientists at CERN, we have grown into a global leader in encrypted services like Proton Mail, VPN, Calendar, and Drive. With over 70 million accounts across 180 countries, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to join our full-time, on-site team in Spain, Switzerland, or France. You will be instrumental in scaling our B2B segment, driving revenue growth, and helping us shape a more secure digital future.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for our B2B offerings, including defining target markets, buyer personas, and clear value propositions.
Lead the creation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates by collaborating closely with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to ensure we remain competitive and continue to grow our market share.

Requirements

Proven experience in a lead or management role within the B2B SaaS industry.
Deep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a significant asset.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
