At Proton, we are on a mission to build a better internet where privacy is the default setting. With over 70 million accounts across 180 countries, we are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to join our full-time, on-site team in Spain, Switzerland, or France. You will be instrumental in scaling our B2B segment, driving revenue growth, and helping us shape a more secure digital future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies for our B2B offerings, including defining target markets, buyer personas, and clear value propositions.
- Lead the creation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates by collaborating closely with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize pricing and packaging strategies to ensure we remain competitive and continue to grow our market share.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a lead or management role within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Deep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a significant asset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
