The opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site role designed for a graduate who is eager to take ownership of our marketing efforts. You will work directly from our London headquarters, collaborating closely with our leadership team, including our founder and CEO. We view this position as a launchpad for your career, offering a steep learning curve where you will gain operational experience that directly impacts our business. You will be pushed to grow, supported by a culture that prioritizes internal promotion and provides the training necessary to master everything from digital strategy to project management.

A day in the life

• Email and Content Strategy: You will craft compelling copy, design visuals, and optimize strategies for our newsletters and product updates to engage our global community.
• Growth and Social Management: You will take the lead on growing our presence on LinkedIn, experimenting with new content formats, and expanding our reach across platforms like YouTube and Twitter.
• Creative and Technical Optimization: You will manage our visual identity and website performance, focusing on SEO, UX improvements, and data-driven analytics to hit our key performance targets.

Who you are

You do not need extensive professional experience to succeed here, as we provide comprehensive training for the right person. We are looking for someone who holds or is currently pursuing a university degree and possesses a valid UK work permit. Beyond your educational background, we value the following traits:
