Since our inception, we have successfully launched six companies and completed one acquisition. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our entrepreneurial team and help us continue our rapid growth through high-impact marketing initiatives.

The role

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Graduate to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity at our London headquarters. This is an entry-level position designed for students or recent graduates who are eager to take on significant responsibility. We value drive and potential over extensive work history, and we are committed to providing the training necessary for you to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Email Marketing: You will own the strategy, copywriting, and graphic design for our newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media & Content Growth: You will manage our presence on LinkedIn, experiment with new content formats, and help expand our reach onto platforms like YouTube and Twitter.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization: You will track key metrics across all channels, manage SEO and UX improvements for our websites, and oversee paid advertising campaigns to ensure we meet our growth targets.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We require candidates to hold or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and you must possess a valid UK work permit. Key requirements include:

• Proficiency in marketing fundamentals, including SEO, UX principles, and analytics.
• Strong graphic design capabilities to maintain our visual identity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A high level of organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A genuine curiosity about people and a passion for building professional relationships.
