The role

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Graduate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our London headquarters. This position is designed for a student or recent graduate who is ready to step out of their comfort zone. You will work directly with our high-performing team, including our CEO and founder, to gain tangible experience in a startup environment where your contributions have a direct impact on our business success.

Core responsibilities

• Email Marketing: You will oversee the strategy, copywriting, and graphic design for our newsletters, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media and Content Growth: You will manage our presence on LinkedIn and expand our reach by testing new content formats on platforms like YouTube and Twitter.
• Analytics and Optimization: You will be responsible for tracking performance metrics across all channels, conducting SEO and UX improvements on our websites, and managing paid advertising campaigns to meet our key performance indicators.

Skills and experience

While we do not require specific previous work experience as we provide comprehensive training, we do have the following requirements for this role:

• You must hold a valid UK work permit.
• You should have completed or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You possess a relentless drive to excel and an unparalleled work ethic.
• You are a proactive communicator who takes full ownership of your projects.
• You are highly organized and capable of managing your own priorities.
• You have a genuine curiosity about people and enjoy building professional relationships.
• Proficiency in English is required.
