The opportunity

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Graduate to take ownership of our content strategy and help shape our brand identity. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who wants to jump straight into the action of a growing business. You will work directly with our high-performing team, including our CEO and founder, gaining hands-on experience that goes far beyond a typical entry-level position. Whether you are managing our digital presence or traveling to support our international conferences, you will be pushed to grow, learn, and make a tangible impact on our business every single day.

A day in the life

• You will lead our email marketing efforts, from crafting compelling copy and designs to developing strategies that keep our community engaged.
• You will manage our social media growth, specifically focusing on LinkedIn while experimenting with new content formats for platforms like YouTube and Twitter.
• You will take charge of our visual identity and website, applying your skills in graphic design, SEO, and UX optimization to ensure our brand remains sharp and effective.

Who you are

We are looking for a motivated individual who is either currently pursuing or has recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree. While we provide comprehensive training, we value a relentless drive and an unparalleled work ethic. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a genuine curiosity about building relationships with people.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• A valid UK work permit is required for this position.
• Fluency in English is essential for our international community.
