We are looking for a strategic and hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. At SonderMind, we are building a personalized and effective mental health destination that combines technology with human connection to improve patient outcomes. As we scale our B2B business, you will play a vital role in driving demand generation, sales enablement, and account-based marketing efforts to expand our reach with health systems, the Veterans Affairs, and other digital health partners. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to shape our growth strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns for high-priority health systems, utilizing channels like paid media, email, and events to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and white papers that support the buyer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and market data to refine our strategies, ensuring we meet our pipeline and revenue targets while optimizing for ROI.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B marketing and a passion for data-driven results. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in demand generation, sales enablement, or B2B growth marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Looker.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- A proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams to drive lead and pipeline growth.
- Prior experience in the healthcare, mental health, or SaaS industries is strongly preferred.
What we offer
