The role
We are seeking a Senior B2B Event Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will take ownership of our long-term event strategy across the EMEA and Americas regions. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with our product marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure our presence at industry events is impactful and aligned with our broader goals.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of events for participation based on research and internal team feedback.
- Establish clear KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of each event and justify the associated budget.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics and budget planning, including sourcing the best deals to maximize visibility while maintaining cost efficiency.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in organizing B2B events, such as trade shows, customer events, and webinars.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a STEM field with a strong academic record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and sales departments.
- A hands-on, experimental mindset with a passion for using automation to improve processes.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
