We are looking for a B2B Email Marketer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Since our founding in 2018, Emotive has been on a mission to make the internet feel more human. Responsibilities
- Design and execute direct email marketing campaigns, which includes crafting compelling copy, writing effective subject lines, and building engaging email templates.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing departments to grow our email list through strategic sign-up forms and gated content while segmenting audiences by industry, persona, and buyer journey stage.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to determine return on investment, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices for future outreach.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B email marketing, ideally within the software industry.
- Proficiency with major email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Hands-on experience using SalesLoft or Outreach to manage sales engagement and outreach efforts.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of using data to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging specifically for a B2B audience.
- A self-starting mindset with the initiative to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
