What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior B2B Content and Community Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our brand presence. Your primary goal will be to increase our visibility and build lasting trust with finance and operations leaders who need our solutions to manage their labor costs and budgeting more effectively.
What will you do?
- Develop a consistent stream of high-quality content, including LinkedIn posts, executive ghostwriting, infographics, product explainers, and recurring video series.
- Leverage AI tools to scale your content production while maintaining strict standards for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Actively engage with our target audience by participating in industry discussions and representing ClickTime at conferences and events through live coverage and interviews.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a natural creator who thrives when explaining complex topics to a professional audience. You should bring the following skills and qualities to the table:
- At least 5 years of experience creating B2B content for technical or professional audiences.
- A track record of representing a company publicly through social media, video, webinars, or live events.
- Practical experience using AI tools within a professional content workflow, paired with the editorial judgment to refine that output.
- The ability to earn the trust of a sophisticated finance audience, with a background in FP&A, finance, or enterprise SaaS being a significant advantage.
- A high level of comfort being on camera and a willingness to travel up to 20 percent of the time for industry events.
- Fluency in English.
