About the Role
We are looking for an AVP - Product Design (Platform) to join us on a Full Time basis. In this role you will lead the end-to-end design of the internal tools and platforms that strengthen our machine-learning and AI capabilities, streamline experimentation, and support data-driven decision making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product-design lifecycle for internal tools, delivering both UX and UI that raise the quality bar for the Dream11 ecosystem.
- Guide and mentor a team of product designers, helping them grow while personally demonstrating strong product sense and polished design execution.
- Collaborate daily with peers in data, product, content and engineering to turn ambitious ideas into seamless, user-centred experiences.
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional design experience, including a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to manage both UX and UI design teams and to deliver high-quality SaaS or enterprise products.
- A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design thinking across web and desktop applications.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Location
This position is based on-site in India.
