What you bring

As a mid-level Automotive Solution Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our customers' most complex engineering challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States, where you will leverage your background in software engineering, project management, and customer engagement to drive our strategic initiatives. Your daily impact will include the following responsibilities:

• Leading technical pursuits from the initial request for quotation phase through the development of detailed, commercially justified proposals.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for project execution, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met with precision.
• Collaborating with our internal subject matter experts to identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable software solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical rigor with a strong aptitude for client-facing project management. You must hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field. Furthermore, you should bring at least two years of professional experience as a software engineer within the autonomous automotive technology industry. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of engineering design principles, the ability to perform detailed project calculations, and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships in English. We value individuals who are technically proficient, highly organized, and eager to solve the unique problems presented by modern vehicle software.

What we offer

We provide a competitive compensation package for this position, with an annual salary range of 157,000 USD to 198,000 USD.
