The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer to help implement AI solutions, automate workflows, and manage complex projects. You’ll work with the CEO, assisting with tasks ranging from AI experimentation to data analysis and market research.
Who You Are and What You’ll Do
- Lead AI automation projects using tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
- Analyze data and optimize AI workflows.
- Create TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC (user-generated content) to replicate trending formats.
- Conduct market research and summarize key findings.
- Run usability tests and create website mockups when needed.
- Develop and manage AI agents for business automation.
What You Bring to the Team
- A problem-solver with strong adaptability.
- Self-motivated with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Skilled at working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, Airtable.
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience creating AI-powered videos or UGC content.
- Familiarity with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
- Experience with video editing and TikTok-style formats.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Engineering background preferred but not required.
- Experience creating AI-powered chatbots or agents.
- Familiarity with no-code tools and workflow automation.
- Project management experience with AI-driven tools.
