About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Automation Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO to implement innovative AI solutions, streamline complex workflows, and manage high-impact projects. You will be at the forefront of our technical efforts, experimenting with new AI tools and helping us optimize how we operate as a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of AI automation projects using platforms like OpenAI, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Analyze performance data to refine and optimize our AI-driven workflows.
- Produce engaging, TikTok-style video content using avatars and AI-generated assets to keep our brand at the cutting edge of trends.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for workflow optimization. Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable.
- Proficiency in video editing and the creation of AI-powered UGC or avatar-based content using tools like Synthesia, D-ID, or HeyGen.
- Basic front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A background in engineering or project management is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.
