The role
We are looking for a Senior Audience & Personalisation Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a critical role for a data-driven, technical, and process-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing our audience platforms and ensuring that our customer communications are both highly relevant and effective.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of our customer data platforms, ensuring they are optimized to align with our broader marketing and product objectives.
- Develop and execute sophisticated customer segmentation and cohort strategies to deliver personalized messaging across our product suite.
- Monitor campaign performance and data integrity, tracking key metrics like conversion rates and engagement to ensure we consistently meet our targets.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven marketing. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience managing platforms such as customer.io and Salesforce.
- A track record of success in personalized marketing, specifically in optimizing journeys across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and web.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- A deep understanding of email health metrics, including deliverability and inbox placement.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with a focus on clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
