We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Audience Growth Lead to join our marketing team! This role is ideal for a creative thinker and storyteller who is passionate about building authentic communities for auto-enthusiasts and alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Marketing Leadership:
- Own and drive all social marketing and influencer initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the audience, with a focus on automotive enthusiasts and adjacent communities.
- Creative Ideation and Campaign Execution:
- “Live in the future” to conceptualize groundbreaking marketing approaches.
- Ideate, plan, and execute new and impactful campaigns.
- Client Engagement and Storytelling:
- Present ideas and campaign strategies to the client with impeccable storytelling and persuasive communication skills.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Be actively involved in the day-to-day details of all projects.
- Guide, coach, and inspire the team while contributing as a key player to ensure success.
- Content and Trend Analysis:
- Stay immersed in the automotive space and other industries to generate insights and inspiration.
- Remain at the forefront of emerging social media and marketing trends.
- Paid Marketing Expertise:
- Understand and manage paid marketing initiatives to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving audience growth through social marketing and influencer programs.
- Exceptional creativity and ability to think strategically about future-facing marketing opportunities.
- Strong storytelling skills with experience in client-facing presentations.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for being involved in every detail.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, marketing tools, and emerging trends.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid marketing campaigns and their implementation.
