We are Cie, a venture studio dedicated to accelerating innovation for large enterprises and fueling the growth of emerging startups by acting as a partner from the initial idea to final execution. We are currently looking for a visionary, hands-on Audience Growth Lead to join our marketing team and help us build authentic communities, particularly for automotive enthusiasts. Responsibilities

Take full ownership of our social marketing and influencer programs by developing strategies that expand our reach within the automotive sector and beyond.
Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking, impactful marketing campaigns that keep us ahead of industry shifts.
Use your storytelling and communication skills to present strategic ideas to clients in a persuasive manner.
Lead, coach, and inspire your team while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day details of every project.
Monitor emerging social media trends and automotive industry developments to generate fresh insights.
Manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives to ensure we maximize our overall impact.

Must-haves

A proven history of successfully driving audience growth through social media and influencer-led programs.
Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to approach marketing opportunities with a forward-looking strategy.
Strong storytelling abilities, including experience presenting to clients.
A hands-on leadership approach with a genuine passion for project details.
Deep familiarity with social media platforms, modern marketing tools, and current digital trends.
Professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working within the automotive industry or a closely related field.
Direct experience with the implementation and management of paid marketing campaigns.
