We are Cie, a venture studio dedicated to accelerating innovation for large enterprises and fueling the growth of emerging startups by acting as a partner from the initial idea to final execution. We are currently looking for a visionary, hands-on Audience Growth Lead to join our marketing team and help us build authentic communities, particularly for automotive enthusiasts. Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our social marketing and influencer programs by developing strategies that expand our reach within the automotive sector and beyond.
- Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking, impactful marketing campaigns that keep us ahead of industry shifts.
- Use your storytelling and communication skills to present strategic ideas to clients in a persuasive manner.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team while remaining deeply involved in the day-to-day details of every project.
- Monitor emerging social media trends and automotive industry developments to generate fresh insights.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives to ensure we maximize our overall impact.
Must-haves
- A proven history of successfully driving audience growth through social media and influencer-led programs.
- Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to approach marketing opportunities with a forward-looking strategy.
- Strong storytelling abilities, including experience presenting to clients.
- A hands-on leadership approach with a genuine passion for project details.
- Deep familiarity with social media platforms, modern marketing tools, and current digital trends.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working within the automotive industry or a closely related field.
- Direct experience with the implementation and management of paid marketing campaigns.
